Ozempic has been part of my life for over a year. Here is my story
It all started in February of 2023. My weight was 280 pounds in a 5’3” frame!
To see if I tolerated the medication the doses were increased every 30 days from .25, .50, .75 then 1.0…
I lost an average of 10-12 lbs a month on 1.0 dose with minimal side effects
My main complaints are nausea on occasion and hair loss
