Breath in slowly to a count of 4
Exhale slowly to a count of 6
Repeat (do it twice)
Tap top of head 20x
Tap brows 20x
Tap below eyes 20x
Tap below lip 20x
Tap chin 20x
Tap behind ears 20x
This will stimulate and relax pressure points in just a few minutes.
