Bringing Healthy Back

Smile on purpose throughout the day it will help release happy hormones! Try it now and wear it well.

Hydrate by consuming half your body weight in ounces daily. Make it fun by trying new healthy beverages, buying a cool water bottle and creating your own infused waters (frozen cranberries and mint is my favorite)

Find purpose in helping others by volunteering, donating items to thrift stores, shopping at thrift stores or participate in a charity 5K race for example.

Embrace the medicinal power of music. Attend a concert, learn a new instrument, visit a local record store, find new music to enjoy!

Give yourself a break! Take a nap, read a book, finds ways to relax and recharge. Small breaks in self care daily are vital.

Now get MOVING! It takes motivation and discipline for most of us to maintain an active lifestyle.

Park your car further away and get those steps in. Take the stairs, visit a new park or hiking spot and dance in your living room!
